For radiologists and imaging practices
ConvoLucent Dictation turns speech into a finished, structured radiology report — drafted, calculated, and proofread — with the radiologist in control of every word.
Why now
The tool in most reading rooms mostly turns speech into text. Proofreading, data entry, and repetitive calculation are still the radiologist's job, one step at a time.
Every correction, every calculator, every worksheet pulls your eyes off the images — and new features arrive once a year, if at all.
Templates, workflows, and integrations are held hostage by the incumbent, so switching feels harder than it should.
Radiology reporting
It doesn't just transcribe. ConvoLucent drafts, calculates, pulls data from technologist findings sheets, and intelligently proofreads — the whole report in one window, not five.
Speak → Draft → Calculate → Proofread
Dictate the positive findings; ConvoLucent fills in the pertinent negatives and the predictable sections for you.
Calculators that read the report and fill themselves out automatically, inside the dictation app.
An intelligent proofreader catches laterality conflicts and contradictions before you sign — corrected in one click.
Import a measurement worksheet from PACS or EHR and it becomes report text — no retyping. A game-changer for ultrasound.
Live formatting Patent pending
The measurements that need arithmetic and the slips that cause addenda — ConvoLucent handles them as you dictate.
AI assistance, in the report
Dictate what's abnormal; one click fills in the pertinent negatives and predictable sections as a complete draft.
A concise impression straight from your findings, merged into whatever you've already written.
Catches left/right mix-ups and contradictions, then corrects them in one click — showing the exact words it changed.
Reads what you dictated, fills the standardized reporting calculator, and returns the category with its recommendation. It never guesses a number.
Select findings for a list of possible diagnoses, each with a reason and sources — or ask the HIPAA-compliant assistant, with references.
Pull the comparison from prior studies, and bring templates that fill in and check each other as you dictate.
Every suggestion is for your review — never a diagnosis, and nothing changes on its own.
Voice-first, everywhere
Integration
An integrated RIS keeps the worklist, orders, and study context beside the report — accessions arrive from the modality worklist (MWL).
A local bridge agent syncs the open study from the PACS and can drive record/navigate from the browser — built for the ScImage PICOM pilot.
A signed Windows agent, paired to the signed-in session. It enables workstation speech and study sync; an un-paired agent is refused.
The bridge assists your systems — it does not replace your RIS or billing system of record.
Platform & compliance
Runs on HIPAA-compliant Google Cloud hosting; in production, patient data travels only over paths covered by a Business Associate Agreement.
Notes, impressions, summaries, and letters are drafts until you release them. Nothing reaches a patient without approval.
Every clinical suggestion shows its reasoning and references, and inserts nothing without your explicit choice.
The live-formatting and reporting workflow is patent pending — an advantage that stays with you.
Onboarding
Open the live demo with synthetic data — no PHI, no paperwork. Bring a made-up case, leave with a finished report.
A signed Business Associate Agreement is the hard gate before any real patient data. It is the line between trying it and using it.
We provision your secure space, move your templates over, install the bridge agent, and connect your PACS.
Bring a week of studies. Simple per-radiologist pricing, pilot-friendly — a small practice starts small.
Pricing is set against real cost, with an optional integration add-on. Introductory pilot pricing is promotional and subject to change.
